Job Summary: This position supports the installation, tracking, and administrative success of Duncan Security’s jobsite surveillance program. Provides administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assists with tasks that support the success of the program.
Responsibilities:
· Handles inquiries from subscribers and law enforcement for footage as needed.
· Conduct daily reviews of footage to identify potential maintenance issues and ensure all camera systems are functioning as intended, promptly addressing any identified problems. Pulling up each camera individually and making sure they are working and online and do not need maintenance/ cleaning scheduled.
· Create accounts in the security software platform and give access to the customer for online viewing. This includes, but not limited to, creating and adjusting user profiles, notification and monitoring settings in the software platform as requested by the customer.
· Assist with third party vendor sites and escalates technical issues as needed.
o Assist builders/customers/inhouse personnel with basic system-related questions and escalate advanced issues.
o Data entry on third party vendor sites.
o Updating jobsite reports.
o Filing paper work.
o Projects (i.e. camera pole audits).
o Programming and learning in cameras.
o Communicate with third party vendor sites as needed.
· Auditing installs, relocation, and removal folders.
· Tech support for Alarm.com, CSG, and Zuum.
· Provides product-related feedback to team members when requested.
· Back up support to the sign-up process for jobsite surveillance by serving as a liaison between sales representatives, subscribers, and other team members.
o Back up support entering data accurately in the computer system, and attaching documentation to the electronic record as needed.
o Back up support to verify all paperwork was completed and files are stored appropriately.
o Back up support to research and resolve any issues with paperwork involved with the jobsite surveillance program.
o Update accounting on any subscriber billing changes.
· Back up support to creating all service tickets, and track the installation process to completion.
o Communicate with technicians regarding specific installation requirements and ensure they have all necessary parts and instructions.
o Assist with scheduling installs between customers and technicians as directed.
· Anything assigned by management.
Job Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of security and related technologies, with at least 3 years of professional experience in administrative or relevant roles.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience supporting multiple tasks or projects.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Experience:
3 Years administrative experience required.
Experience in the low-voltage wiring industry and its application preferred.
