Purpose of the Role
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing and maintaining customer relationships and revenue throughout the E2E sales process in their respective markets and regions via digital channels.
You will play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience with a technology-enabled selling approach.
You will be part of a dynamic Inside Sales team and collaborate with other sales and support roles while reporting directly to the Inside Sales Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and build strong customer relationships through digital sales channels
- Identify new sales opportunities and customer needs within the assigned market
- Develop comprehensive account plans and identify relevant stakeholders
- Support negotiations and deal closures
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through clear communication, training, and support
- Maintain accurate customer data and document all activities
- Collaborate with a multicultural team and leverage shared sales resources
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Digital, or Business
- Native Swedish or Norwegian speaker, with C1-C2 level of English
- Experience in (Inside) Sales, with enthusiasm for virtual tools and digital channels
- Strong presentation and communication skills (phone & video)
- Consultative approach and ability to build trust with customers and team
- Analytical skills and comfort working with data tools and insights
