PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in a fast-growing Travel insurance company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future workforce. You are responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match with company’s needs.

You will define with the other HR and business leaders, the overall talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies :

  • Develop recruitment strategies: Create and implement effective recruiting plans to attract top talent.
  • Employer branding: Promote the company’s brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.

Manage the Hiring Process: Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.

  • Screen and interview candidates: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines :

  • Source candidates: Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to find potential candidates.
  • Build talent pipelines: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events: Represent the company at various events to attract potential candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience : Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.

Skills :

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Analytical proficiency in analysing roles within organizations
