About the Role:

Reporting to our General Manager - Digital Workplace, the EUC & Digital Workplace Lead will be the face of Digital Services at our sites. This customer-focused role ensures a fantastic user experience for our staff when interacting with technology hardware and applications. The role engages with a wide range of stakeholders, including the executive leadership team, to deliver EUC & Digital Workplace solutions that enhance employee engagement and increase productivity.

Based at our North Sydney Ventia head office, with close access to public transport.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide a simplified, customer-centric experience at the onsite Tech Bar for staff with 2nd and 3rd level technology issues.
  • Deliver endpoint management enhancements and ensure CIS hardening of endpoint devices.
  • Provide AV concierge support for onsite meeting rooms, digital signage, and video conferencing. Escalate to partners and manage resolution of AV incidents.
  • Continuously drive service improvement for EUC & Digital Workplace.
  • Assist in asset management of hardware, ensuring adequate stock controls are in place.
  • Deliver onboarding and offboarding processes, improving employee engagement and ensuring security and DLP compliance.
Key Experiences & Skills:
  • Knowledge and experience in understanding End User Compute solutions, maintaining high standards, and enhancing security & risk posture.
  • Sound knowledge of End User Compute, SOE, Intune, MS Defender, AV, Video Conferencing, Microsoft O365, and Mobility.
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver digital transformation to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels, both internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with a desire to investigate, problem-solve, and continuously learn new technologies.
  • Customer-focused mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize and prioritize demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines, and follow through.
