About the Role
Our client is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to join their growing international team. This role serves as a vital link between customers and the optimal performance of their locker management systems. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, providing expert advice, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Provide clear, solution-oriented support for both hardware and software issues.
- Advise clients on system optimization, restructuring, and configuration improvements.
- Manage and update Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver software training and host customer evaluation sessions.
- Lead and support small-scale customer projects.
- Share in-depth system knowledge and contribute to internal knowledge-building.
Qualifications and Skills
- A completed higher vocational education (HBO) in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Fluent in French, with excellent command of English (Dutch is a strong plus).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
- A proactive, analytical, and solution-focused mindset.
- A customer-first approach with a drive for delivering outstanding service.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with IT systems is a plus.
- A background or strong affinity with technology, electronics, or commercial-technical environments is preferred.
