About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various technical roles (Developers, Engineers, Architects, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Create and publish job postings across platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
- Stay updated with current market trends, competitive hiring strategies, and new sourcing techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in technical recruitment (IT services, product, or consulting).
- Strong understanding of technical skills such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, Full-Stack, Data Engineering, etc.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
