Job Summary
We are looking foe Domestic IT recruiter to join our dynamic team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for end to end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end to end IT Recruitment for domestic clients, understanding job requirement to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals.
- Screen, evaluate and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interview between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and ensure timely closure of offers.
- maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
- Stay updated with the latest in the IT job market and recruitment practices.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT or a related field.
- Must have 1 year of experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of IT skills and Technology.
