The Role
As SEO Specialist, you'll be responsible for improving and executing our organic search strategy across all markets. From deep keyword research and technical audits to collaborating on content and link-building, you'll play a key role in expanding our online reach and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage our overall SEO roadmap
- Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and competitor analysis
- Drive backlink acquisition strategies and outreach initiatives
Technical SEO
- Conduct regular technical audits and resolve crawl/indexing issues
- Optimize site structure, mobile usability, and page speed
- Collaborate with developers to implement new features in the websites
Performance Monitoring
- Track and report key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools
- Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve rankings and conversions
Content Collaboration
- Work with content teams to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and product listings
- Provide SEO guidelines to writers and ensure best practices across all platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, on-page/off-page SEO, technical SEO, HTML and CSS
- Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Wordpress
- Highly analytical, structured, and self-driven
- Excellent communication skills in English (our working language)
