About the Role
PFH Technology Group are seeking to hire a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our existing recruitment function. As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, this role is to perform a crucial step in our organisation’s talent acquisition process. As a key member of the larger recruitment team, this role will partner and work with internal recruiters, leadership teams, hiring managers, and professional services resourcing partners to plan and execute on talent acquisition/hiring initiatives. This is a candidate and client facing role, responsible for managing and operating the early stages of the talent acquisition/candidate engagement and early client information mapping. The core functions of this position will be split across the hiring for PFH Teams and client based teams to support our staffing resource departments to continually deliver the best talent for PFH customers and clients, including early stage client mapping and information gathering.
Responsibilities
- Utilise various methods to source candidates, such as Boolean search, internal databases, referrals, networking, and external websites such as LinkedIn or job boards.
- Develop and manage strong pipelines of suitable candidates for in demand job families.
- Engage with and screen candidates for job opportunities around Ireland, ranging from full time permanent positions, contract engagements, or daily rate roles.
- Screen, interview and prepare candidates for further evaluation.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct market research and gather information on hiring trends within the industry.
- Conduct market research and track information re client hiring data.
- Outbound client calls, capturing 1st line client information.
- Qualify each client lead’s overall requirement and determine concrete nature of engagement before connecting the client with Talent Solutions recruiter.
Required Skills
- Prior technical recruitment/sourcing experience either in-house and/or in a recruitment agency environment (preferred).
- Proficiency in working with recruitment industry systems such as CRM, ATS, job boards, LinkedIn.
- Proven ability to create and maintain pipelines of candidates for various job families, along with developing working relationships with internal hiring teams and stakeholders.
- Previous experience sourcing/recruiting for the IT, Software or similar industries is desired.
- Familiarity with effective sourcing techniques, excellent Boolean search skills and experience in market mapping for key skillsets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
