Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client project requirements and deliver tailored tech solutions
- Train clients on smart product usage and configuration
- Produce technical documentation to guide setup and troubleshooting
- Resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain high client satisfaction
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or a similar field
- Fluency in Chinese and English is essential
- Bonus: knowledge of Italian, German, or French
- Prior experience in technical support or testing roles
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and teamwork
