Our client is a leading provider of security services to various industries. With a strong reputation in the market and an impressive track record of providing high levels of service to their clients, they now require an experienced Tender Manager for their Dubai office.
Position Overview
Based in Dubai and reporting to the Director of Business Development, your primary responsibility will be to prepare comprehensive technical tenders in response to RFPs. Additional responsibilities include:
- Regularly updating tender content
- Writing detailed technical tenders
- Proofreading technical documentation
- Managing the visual presentation of tenders, including graphics, design, and imagery
- Identifying potential risks associated with RFPs
- Managing the Bid Coordinator to produce tender documentation
- Liaising with sub-contractors and procurement teams to obtain pricing for sub-contracted services
Qualifications
- Western-educated to Degree Level, preferably in engineering or a technical field
- Formal tender writing qualification is desirable
- Minimum of 5 years experience in tender management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
