Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager. The position is located in Worcester, MA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing training support, and managing sales operations. This role will require regular travel within the New England territory to meet with clients, attend industry events, and provide on-site support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication
- Proven Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship management
- Experience in Training customers on product usage and features
- Sales Management skills, with the ability to lead and manage sales operations
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field is beneficial
