We are seeking a dynamic Transformation & Change Project Manager to lead finance-related transformation initiatives, drive business change, and deliver continuous improvements across systems, processes, and ways of working. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and change delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Finance Transformation projects such as ERP Cloud Migration, FP&A enhancement, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Finance, IT, and external vendors for smooth project execution.
- Drive change management and business readiness activities to embed new processes and systems.
- Conduct impact assessments, develop change and readiness plans, and support successful adoption.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and user guides for Finance and non-Finance teams.
- Track project performance through KPIs and dashboards to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and other university departments.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in Finance Transformation / ERP or Cloud Migration projects.
- Strong Project Management skills (planning, governance, risk management, vendor coordination).
- Expertise in Change Management and Business Readiness planning.
- Experience in process mapping, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with finance systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Banner Finance, SAP, Workday) preferred.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 ) is an added advantage.

- 8+ years of experience in project/change management roles, preferably within finance or higher education domains.
