\n Job Title: Registered Nurse – Case Management (Travel Assignment)\n Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 (Midtown Atlanta)\n Assignment Type: Travel Nursing\n Healthcare Setting: Acute Care Hospital\n Start Date: December 8, 2025\n End Date: March 30, 2026\n Contract Duration: 16 weeks\n Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm)\n Hours per Week: 40\n Shift Length: 8-hour days\n Weekend/Call: No weekends or call required\n Floating: Within facility and scope of practice as needed\n Estimated Weekly Salary: $1850–$1890\n\n\nCase Management RN Qualifications\n

\n Active Georgia or Compact State RN license (must be current at time of application)\n Minimum 3 years of recent acute care case management nursing experience\n BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n Proficiency with electronic charting systems\n Knowledge of CMS, InterQual Criteria, Milliman Guidelines, DRG, ICD-10 coding, and discharge planning\n Strong understanding of Medicare regulatory guidelines, including IMM notices and MOONs\n Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations\n Two supervisory references (Manager or above) highly preferred\n\n\nRegistered Nurse – Case Management Responsibilities\n

\n Assess, evaluate, and develop individualized discharge plans for patients in an acute care setting\n Coordinate healthcare services to ensure safe and appropriate patient transitions\n Initiate, evaluate, and revise treatment plans daily\n Monitor patient progress and identify barriers to timely discharge\n Track patient length of stay and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize outcomes\n Ensure compliance with Medicare, CMS, and hospital regulatory guidelines\n Provide patient education regarding care transitions and available healthcare resources\n Float within the hospital as needed, within nursing scope of practice\n\n\n
