About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces and be able to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user-centric designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Design high-quality UI elements, graphics, and visual assets.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and modern UI/UX trends.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Understanding of responsive design, layout principles, and typography.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (added advantage).
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
