About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, an understanding of user behavior, and the ability to transform business requirements into engaging interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and brand identity across all platforms.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects (web and mobile).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking process.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
