Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer at GMTA Software, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the best user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand project requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design clean, modern, and user-centric UI for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to improve usability.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design implementation.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Optimize UI/UX designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
- Create design guidelines, style guides, and reusable design components.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in the IT/software industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Canva or Photoshop.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies (added advantage).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
