UI/UX designer
Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months Contract with possible extension
Years of exp: 10 plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in UI/UX design.
- Ensure all designs align with brand identity and user needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
