Overview
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead the end-to-end design process transforming complex ideas into simple, intuitive, and impactful user experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are visually compelling, user-centered, and highly functional.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, goals, and pain points.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life.
• Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2-5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Design Expertise: Solid foundation in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and human-centered design.
• Accessibility: Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator; CAD experience is a plus.
• Prototyping: Ability to create interactive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to present and explain design concepts.
• Project Management: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively.

Education

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Professional certification in UI/UX Design (preferred, not mandatory).
