Position: Ui/Ux Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain consistency in design elements and brand guidelines across all products.
- Analyze user behavior and data to improve the overall user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and tools.
- Prepare and present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience (2–5 years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
