This is a hands-on role that combines user research, interaction design, and visual design. You'll work closely with product managers and developers to bring concepts to life and ensure every user journey is frictionless, accessible, and visually polished. KeyResponsibilities: Leadthedesignofuserinterfacesfornewfeaturesandproductenhancements. Conductuserresearch,usabilitytesting,andinterviewstodeeplyunderstanduserneeds. Createwireframes,prototypes,userflows,andhigh-fidelitymockupsusingindustry-standardtools (e.g.,Figma,AdobeXD). Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstotranslateproductrequirementsintointuitiveinterfaces. Iteratedesignsbasedonfeedbackfromusers,stakeholders,andusabilitytesting. Championdesignbestpractices,accessibility,andconsistencyacrosstheproduct. Requirements: 3+yearsexperienceinaUI/UXdesignrole,ideallyworkingonweb-basedapplications. Astrongportfoliodemonstratingyourprocess,designthinking,andfinalUIwork. ProficiencyintoolssuchasFigma,Sketch,AdobeXD,orsimilar. Deepunderstandingofresponsivedesignandaccessibilityprinciples (WCAGstandards). Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcommunicateclearlywithdevelopersandnon-designstakeholders. Experienceconductinguserresearchandturninginsightsintoactionabledesignsolutions. Desirable (butnotessential): ExperienceworkinginAgile/Scrumenvironments.
