About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product development team. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
As part of a fast-paced technical team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience from concept to implementation, ensuring design consistency and usability across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with developers and project managers to translate requirements into user-centered designs.
· Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
· Develop visually consistent UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
· Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve product interfaces.
· Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
· Maintain and update design systems, style guides, and UI components.
· Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a product or technology-driven environment.
· Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
· Experience creating responsive and mobile-first designs.
· Familiarity with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.) and collaboration with front-end developers.
· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Flutter/React Native design constraints (plus point).
· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have
· Experience in designing for SaaS products, dashboards, or data-driven applications.
· Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
· Exposure to Agile development environments.
