to join our team and help us deliver user-friendly and impactful digital healthcare solutions.
Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing intuitive interfaces, and ensuring seamless user experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform healthcare processes into simple, elegant, and engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and design goals.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to derive actionable insights.
- Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Design visually appealing, responsive, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure consistency in design through guidelines, style guides, and design systems.
- Optimize user interfaces by applying usability principles and gathering feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in the digital health space.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work in cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
