About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer who can design, develop, and maintain modern, user-centric software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, ensuring seamless application integration, and enhancing user experience across platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with IT standards, and support the entire application lifecycle from design to deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive UI/UX for web applications and internal portals.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop.
Develop responsive front-end layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
Work with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, VueJS, Semantic UI .
Ensure seamless integration with backend systems and templates (Jinja – good to have).
Collaborate with development, product, and business teams for requirement analysis.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot UI-related issues.
Maintain version control using GitHub / SVN .
Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and user-centered principles.
Mandatory Skills (For All Positions):
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good documentation abilities
Experience working on government projects
Technical Skills Required:
Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
AngularJS / ReactJS / VueJS (any)
Jinja (good to have)
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, SVN
Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science
MCA or equivalent degree
