About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing tech team at Veloce Techinsights Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, user-centered thinking, and hands-on experience in creating engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate requirements into interactive designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design quality.
- Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and product design standards.
- Work closely with the development team to implement designs accurately.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and design systems.
- Good knowledge of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to think creatively and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks.
- Experience working on IT or SaaS-based applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
