JN Group, Inc.'s Ultra Luxury Service department is currently seeking to fill a Service Consultant position. The Service Consultant provides a high level of customer service to all to all guests while being professional and efficient. The Service Consultant is responsible for taking care of our guests during the process of the repair by helping to determine and isolate and record the problem(s) with the vehicle, effectively communicating our guests concerns with the technician through written and verbal communication while keeping our guests informed and happy while the vehicle is in the shop.

The Service Consultant is responsible for:
- Assisting the Service department manager in maintaining a smooth running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction;
- Estimating costs and completion times at point of sale and clearly communicating them to customer;
- Assigning jobs to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization;
- Reviewing work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness;
- Providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers;
- Other job duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have at least 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
- Must have one year experience in sales or front-line customer service position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have a current driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle abstract.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
The Service Consultant positions compensation is a monthly salary of $2,000.00 plus Monthly incentives.
