Tooling:
Experience with Figma and creating UI design that are aligned to a wider brand
Experience using a Design System
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar
Mindset:
Strong understanding of UI Design
Strong at conducting research
Can drive initiatives and discussions
Proven experience working within a product team and with other designers
Works with an Agile and Designer's mindset
