About the Role:
We’re looking for a visual designer who brings stories to life through content and layout. In this role, you’ll work closely with UX leads and product teams to design visually rich, on-brand stories that communicate product features, benefits, and stories clearly and consistently.
You’ll work with a mix of tools and assets, including shared open files, AI-generated content, and our design system, to create product pages, create product visuals, generate and/or select photography, and maintain visual cohesion across.
This is a role for someone who understands how visuals guide attention, explain features, and create emotion, not just how they look, but what they make users feel.
What You’ll Do?
- Visualize product stories: design feature highlights, use-case imagery, and explainer visuals that enhance the user’s understanding and engagement.
- Select and adapt photography: to support key stories across the site, ensuring every image feels intentional and aligned with our brand tone.
- Work with UX and content teams to ensure the visual expression supports the structure and message of the page.
- Use open design files, design systems, or AI-generated visuals to efficiently produce high-quality assets at scale.
- Maintain visual consistency across pages, using color, composition and tone.
- Help define best practices for how we use imagery, iconography, and layout to support storytelling and navigation.
- Create assets for desktop, mobile, and interactive formats, ensuring pixel-perfect execution across all breakpoints.
What We’re Looking For?
- 8-10 years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design, with storytelling experience.
- Portfolio that shows strong visual taste, variety in content formats, and clarity in storytelling.
- Experience working with existing design systems and shared files (Figma, Adobe CC, etc.).
- Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.G., Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly) and ability to curate or refine outputs for use in production.
- Ability to work with minimal direction and turn rough ideas into production-ready visuals.
Qualifications:
- Degree in UX Design, HCI, Cognitive Psychology, preferably from a premier school (IIT/NID or similar)
