to CFOs and finance organizations is seeking an accomplished
Vice President of Finance
.
The firm's cloud-native product suite helps corporate finance and investment teams modernize
financial reporting, data integration, and accounting workflows
—bridging traditional accounting with next-generation automation. The company is scaling rapidly in North America, backed by leading fintech investors and a strong enterprise client base.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the
VP of Finance
will own the company's
financial strategy, planning, and infrastructure
as it transitions from early-stage growth to scale. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role—responsible for shaping financial operations, building scalable systems, and partnering closely with the executive team and board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of
financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
to support growth and capital-efficiency goals. - Develop and implement
scalable accounting, FP&A, and reporting processes
consistent with SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, etc.). - Partner with the CEO and board on
fundraising, investor relations, and capital structure strategy
. - Oversee corporate accounting, financial operations, audit, and compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support
pricing strategy, margin analysis, and go-to-market planning
. - Build and lead a high-performing finance team capable of supporting future public-company readiness.
- Drive system selection and automation initiatives (ERP, billing, data integration).
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership in
high-growth SaaS or fintech
environments. - Proven success building or scaling finance functions from Series A – C to late-stage growth.
- Deep understanding of
SaaS business models, unit economics, and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
. - Experience with
investment accounting, fund accounting, or financial-data platforms
strongly preferred. - Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and analytical rigor.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus.
- Based near
New York City
; hybrid or in-office flexibility.
Compensation & Opportunity

USD 250,000 – 300,000 (depending on experience) - Bonus:
