Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Web/UI Designer with at least 1.5 years of professional experience in HTML, CSS, and Figma. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, responsive layouts, and modern design tools. You will collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver visually appealing, user-friendly web applications and websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive and interactive web pages using HTML5 and CSS3.
- Convert design mockups into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible layouts.
- Collaborate with teams to create UI mockups, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
- Ensure consistency in design and branding across all web projects.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to improve usability and customer experience.
- Create and refine web components (buttons, forms, navigation, etc.).
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct UI testing and debugging to maintain design quality.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 1.5+ years of experience in Web/UI Design.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma (mockups, wireframes, prototypes).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Good eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout balance.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first design.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and project managers effectively.
Preferred (Bonus Skills):
- Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of basic JavaScript/jQuery for UI interactions.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for design assets.
