Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, pixel-perfect web interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to create visually cohesive and user-friendly web pages.
- Implement design systems, reusable components, and consistent branding across all web properties.
- Optimize web designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, Tailwind updates, and front-end best practices.
- Contribute to improving the design workflow and codebase with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or Front-End Designer/Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent eye for design, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
