About the Role
Next Big Technology (NBT) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our in-house team in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern web design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites.
You'll collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences that align with business objectives and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy and functionality.
- Create user-centric layouts focusing on UI/UX best practices.
- Optimize designs for speed, performance, and mobile compatibility.
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Ability to design responsive and adaptive layouts for web and mobile.
- Good sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience
- 0–2 years of professional experience in web design.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (Preferred).
