About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate must possess a strong aesthetic sense, have hands-on experience in
wordpress elementor, graphic design, and be proficient with Figma. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and dynamic websites and digital assets that
align with our brand and user goals.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and develop aesthetically pleasing, responsive web pages and user interfaces.
● Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to
life.
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs using Figma.
● Translate brand guidelines into functional design elements across all digital touchpoints.
● Design dynamic visual assets for web such as banners, sliders, and animated graphics.
● Ensure website design is optimized for all devices and browsers.
● Maintain and update existing websites based on business or user needs.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web and graphic design.
Requirements:
● Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
● Strong aesthetic and visual design sense with attention to detail.
● Proficiency in Figma,Wordpress elementor, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, etc.).
● Good understanding of responsive design, layout principles, and web typography.
● Knowledge of HTML/CSS and dynamic design elements is a plus.
● Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into digital formats.
● Strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design work.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Degree/Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
● Experience with motion design or animation tools is a bonus.
● Familiarity with front-end frameworks or CMS platforms (like WordPress or Webflow) is
advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
