We’re looking for a freelance Web Designer who can elevate Sweet’s website experience and bring our brand aesthetic to life across pages, sections, and campaign landing experiences.
You’ll help us craft a website that feels thoughtful, fluid, and deeply aligned with Sweet’s voice — a site that both educates and converts.
This is not a template-tweaking job. We want someone who understands brand systems, user experience, and how to design for clarity, momentum, and emotional resonance.
- Design new pages and sections for Sweet’s website (Homepage, Resources, Product pages, Why Sweet, and more).
- Translate strategic messaging into clean, intuitive layouts that support user flow and conversion.
- Work alongside content, product, and marketing to ensure visual and narrative alignment.
- Turn complex concepts into simple, elegant visuals and UI components.
- Deliver responsive, developer-ready designs with attention to detail in spacing, typography, and accessibility.
- Collaborate on landing pages for campaigns, email flows, and product launches.
- Maintain consistency with Sweet’s brand system, while pushing forward creative expression.
- 4+ years of professional experience in web design, ideally for SaaS, tech, or creative-led brands.
- Mastery of Figma and strong familiarity with modern design systems.
- An eye for minimal, high-clarity layouts with strong hierarchy and smooth user flow.
- Ability to create designs that balance beauty and conversion — aesthetic meets strategy.
- Comfort working with developers (bonus if you’re familiar with Webflow, but not required).
- A portfolio that shows thoughtful UX, refined visual style, and an understanding of brand consistency.
- Experience designing within a clear brand identity while adding your own creative elevation.
- Thrive in the space between creativity and clarity.
- Love minimal, cinematic, clean design — and you know how to make complexity feel simple.
- Can take a brand voice and translate it visually without diluting it.
- Understand digital creators and how they think, scroll, and evaluate tools.
- Move fast, communicate clearly, and handle feedback like a pro.
