About the Role
We’re looking for a Website Content Specialist to join our Marketing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our websites up-to-date, engaging, and running smoothly. You’ll manage everything from product uploads to writing SEO-friendly content, while working closely with both our Marketing and IT teams.

Job and responsibilities:
  • Keep our websites updated with the latest product info, images, blog articles, and general content.
  • Write and edit content using SEO best practices to help our pages rank well.
  • Upload and manage product data, including technical specs and descriptions.
  • Use basic HTML to adjust how content appears on the site.
  • Test website changes (UAT) before they go live to ensure everything works correctly.
  • Monitor website performance and suggest improvements using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Help roll out our yearly marketing and supplier campaigns online.
  • Work with external partners (like content agencies) to manage content updates.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends and what competitors are doing.
Who You’ll Work With
  • Internal Teams: Marketing, IT, and Product/Category Managers
  • External Contacts: Suppliers, content agencies, and tech partners
Required skils:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar website or content-focused role
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as Commerce Vision or similar
  • Working knowledge of basic HTML
  • Strong SEO knowledge and content writing skills
  • Good experience using Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Great attention to detail – you’re someone who spots the small things!
  • Strong written English and proofreading skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A team player who’s proactive, organised, and easy to work with
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with managing large websites or digital projects
  • Understanding of UX/UI design
  • Interest in the hospitality industry or our product categories
Qualifications
  • A qualification in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
