We are seeking a talented and creative individual for the position of Website Management and design skills. This role is essential in developing and maintaining visually appealing, user-friendly websites that effectively represent our brand and meet our business objectives. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage websites using various web technologies and content management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define website requirements and create wireframes, prototypes, and layouts.
- Ensure the website is optimized for performance, usability, and accessibility across all devices
- Maintain website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics 360 to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create motion graphics, logos, and other visual elements to enhance the overall aesthetic of the website.
- Conduct user research to gather insights on user behavior and preferences.
- Stay current with industry trends in web design, digital marketing, and technology advancements.
Skills
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles including typography, layout design, and visual design.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have some developer skills.
- Basic Photoshop skills.
- must know some illustrated Photoshop skills.
- Must have developer website skills.
- Familiarity with graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Ability to perform data analysis using tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to drive informed decisions.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards to ensure inclusive designs for all users.
