Join our rapidly expanding franchise Wellness Consultant/Leads Manager at our thriving Integrated Health Center in Happy Valley, Oregon.
- 8-12 hours per week / Monday-Thursday 10 or 11 am to 2pm (approximately)
- Must be comfortable calling warm leads on the phone - this is your primary task
- Requirement: Previous experience in Health/Wellness or Physical training & Sales
At our state-of-the-art facility, we utilize proprietary technology to maximize athletic performance, enhance bone density, increase stamina, alleviate joint and back pain, and optimize overall health and well-being. Most of our clients have Osteoporosis and you will need to have a good understanding of this condition and the challenges associated with it.
As a Wellness Consultant, you will:
- Monitor, manage and follow-up leads in the CRM
- Conduct consultation calls with leads who have booked consultation appointments
- Conduct follow-up and out reach activities
- Prepare paperwork for guests coming for a trial session
- Conduct informative tours for prospective members
- Maintaining accurate client records in accordance with standard operating procedures.
The position has the potential to expand in hours and responsibility as well as eventual possibility of working remotely.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Experience in a membership-based business.
- Preferred: Background in Health & Wellness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong sales aptitude and ability to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- Preferred: Previous experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Strong phone etiquette, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to move and lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
