- Minimum 4 years at a digital marketing agency / creative studio in account management & client servicing
- Must be organised, efficient and enjoy agency operations
- An understanding of brand growth-related services is key (branding, technology projects, campaigns, social media marketing, ads and more)
Project & people management skills are the topmost criteria, along with agility to work in a fast-paced environment. Creative and/or strategic thinking skills + having experience working with freelancers are a bonus!

Job Description
Role title: Account Management Lead
Position: Full-time, hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)
Skills:
- Project management and operational efficiency
- Creative ideation and basic knack for content
- Presentation and pitch decks
- Great people skills
- An eye for detail
Job Role:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of projects
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to plan timelines and keep the deliverables running on track
- Share strategic inputs and analysis with the teams
- Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling/cross-selling services
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and share regular updates with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Freelancer network management
- Support in new business strategies, pitches and presentations
- Support in marketing & brand management for Paper Plane Tales
