Your Role!

What you should Have?
- 5 to 10 years of post-MBA experience in business development, client management, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and strong data management discipline.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or technology solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree required.
What you will Do
Market & Account Growth Acceleration
- Build deep account and market understanding to drive account planning, growth decisions, and client engagement strategies.
- Develop account briefs and intelligence reports that equip Business Development Leaders and Client Partners with actionable insights.
- Collaborate on target industry mapping and identify partnership opportunities to fuel market growth.
Account & Delivery Alignment
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring relationship continuity, governance adherence, and high client satisfaction.
- Interface with Service Lines and Delivery teams to track milestones, surface risks, and provide Client Partners with timely visibility for decisions and client conversations.
- Monitor contract renewals, delivery SLAs, and risk flags, proactively escalating issues as needed.
Sales Operations & Execution Orchestration
- Maintain CRM accuracy across pipelines, contacts, and opportunities ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up.
- Track pursuits and client discussions, supporting execution discipline for Business Development Leaders and Client Partners.
- Prepare dashboards, account plans, and governance reports to support market-level decision-making.
- Coordinate proposal logistics with Service Line teams to ensure timely submissions and process compliance.
