Job Description
Job Purpose:
To ensure efficient management of administrative operations, facilities, assets, procurement, IT
infrastructure, and workplace safety enhancing operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, and
employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility Management
• Oversee facility operations and resolve related issues.
• Manage preventive maintenance, office supplies, and cleanliness.
• Handle office space allocation, front office, telecom, and meeting room management.
2. Asset Management
• Maintain asset inventory and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor asset utilization and lifecycle management.
3. IT Infrastructure & Security Management
• Oversee IT infrastructure, network, and server maintenance.
• Manage IT budgets, preventive maintenance, and data security policies.
• Ensure compliance with data classification, incident response, and recovery protocols.
4. Health & Safety Management
• Implement safety policies and conduct regular audits.
• Coordinate safety training, emergency preparedness, and incident reporting.
5. Budget Planning
• Prepare and monitor administrative budgets.
• Ensure expense control and alignment with business goals.
6. Procurement
• Develop procurement SOPs and manage purchasing and disposal.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure vendor compliance.
7. Admin Initiatives & Automation
• Implement automation and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Enhance operational performance, cost control, and employee experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and planning abilities.
• Knowledge of facility, procurement, and IT operations.
• Budgeting and cost management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject
- 5 – 8 years of experience in administration or facility management.
