Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer located in Mumbai. The Assistant Fashion Designer will assist in designing collections, managing fittings, collaborating on embroidery and textile design, and ensuring high-quality production standards. The role also involves coordinating with the design and production teams to meet project timelines and contributing creative ideas to enhance design concepts.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Fashion Design, including the ability to develop creative and market-oriented designs
• Experience in Embroidery techniques and Textiles, with knowledge of materials and craftsmanship
• Expertise in Fitting processes to ensure the right measurements and adjustments
• Strong understanding of trends, style, and aesthetic principles in Fashion
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a bonus
• Passion for fashion and an eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
