About the Job

This role acts as a dual-sided consultant, responsible for both securing new business across the Industrial, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing sectors and managing the full candidate lifecycle. You will proactively identify hiring needs within B2B and B2C organizations, ranging from heavy machinery manufacturers to urban infrastructure developers, while simultaneously building a high-caliber network of finance professionals. Your remit involves qualifying technical requirements with hiring managers, sourcing and screening the right talent and facilitating the interview process to ensure a seamless cultural and technical fit.

Skills and Experience Required

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation would be highly preferred
• You possess the natural ability to build rapport and communicate with confidence when speaking to both senior executives and candidates
• You have a background in sales, hospitality, or customer service that demonstrates your comfort in engaging with diverse people
• You are a proactive self-starter who enjoys the challenge of finding new business through LinkedIn and direct outreach
• You demonstrate the mental toughness and resilience needed to stay motivated and handle rejection in a target-driven environment
• You have the intellectual curiosity to learn the nuances of manufacturing, infrastructure, and the finance roles that support them
