We are seeking a Business Analyst – Digitization to join our team, focusing on driving digital transformation across the manufacturing sector. 

This role involves working closely with manufacturing clients, spending significant time on the shop floor to gain a deep understanding of core manufacturing processes, identify process gaps, and define opportunities for digitization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical development, data science, and design teams—to deliver solutions such as Digital Logbooks, BI Dashboards, and Digital Twins, ensuring seamless integration of technology into real-world operations. 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in core engineering disciplines such as CSE -BA , Mechanical, Industrial or Process Engineering

Role: Business Analyst (Digitization) 

Experience : Minimum 2+ of professional experience in Business analysis, Process analysis, or Digital transformation initiatives within industrial or manufacturing environments. 

Required Skill: 

• Domain Knowledge: Proven ability to understand core manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding of data flow and basic data architecture, enabling the design of scalable and efficient digital solutions. 
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
• Strong capability in process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering, translating business needs into actionable digitization strategies
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to act as a bridge between client teams and internal technical, data science, and design teams. 

Responsibilities: 

• Engage with clients to analyze current manual processes, understand manufacturing workflows, and identify opportunities for digitization. 
• Leverage knowledge of core manufacturing processes and related domain expertise to identify operational gaps and digitization opportunities. 
• Conduct detailed process mapping and gap analysis to define clear digital transformation requirements. 
• Work on key digitization use cases such as Digital Logbooks, BI Dashboarding, and Digital Twin implementations. 
• Document business requirements, data flow, and basic data architecture to ensure scalable solution design. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—technical developers, data scientists, and design teams—to translate business needs into digital solutions. 
• Support data analysis, data preparation, and visualization using tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau. 
• Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and adoption of digital solutions. 
• Support change management and user training to enable successful transition from manual to digital platforms. 
• Provide innovative, out-of-the-box solutions for digitization challenges and continuously identify areas for process improvement.
