Change Management Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the delivery of a Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting project portfolio within a global investment banking environment. This role will focus on implementing new regulatory requirements, driving remediation initiatives, strengthening control frameworks, and ensuring high-quality governance and execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting change initiatives
• Partner with Operations, Front Office, Middle Office, Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to implement process and system changes
• Facilitate governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder discussions
• Identify, assess, and escalate project risks proactively
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to regulatory standards

Required Experience:

• 8+ years in Global Markets / Investment Banking operations
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products – cash securities, ETDs, OTC derivatives
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, SFTR, or MiFID II / MiFIR
• Proven track record in regulatory change or operational transformation delivery
• Strong business analysis capability (requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, test plans, UAT support)
• Solid understanding of securities processing lifecycle and control frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
