Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance team. The role involves financial reporting, business analysis, budgeting, and compliance to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This is a high-impact finance role suited for professionals who combine strong accounting fundamentals with analytical and reporting expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage MIS reports for management review
• Perform detailed financial analysis and variance analysis
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities
• Ensure accuracy in accounting and financial records
• Work closely with management to support decision-making
• Manage ERP systems and leverage advanced Excel for reporting

Mandatory Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis
• Expertise in accounting, budgeting, and compliance
• Hands-on experience in monthly & quarterly financial reporting
• Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, financial modelling)
• ERP system exposure
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Preferred Profile

• Experience in Healthcare or Corporate Finance
• Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
