Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years of strong experience in Indian Accounting, statutory compliance, and financial management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in handling end-to-end accounting operations, taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance as per Indian laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete accounting functions as per Indian GAAP
• Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements
• Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
• Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other regulatory requirements
• Liaison with auditors, tax authorities, and consultants
• Preparation and review of MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure timely statutory filings and returns
• Lead and mentor accounting team

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in Indian accounting
• Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance
• Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP systems
• Strong analytical and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Experience in handling multi-entity accounting
• Experience in manufacturing / services / corporate environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
