Role Overview

The Growth Officer will be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling new business opportunities across international markets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, marketing, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute global growth strategies across key international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC)
• Identify new revenue streams, market entry opportunities, and strategic partnerships
• Drive enterprise sales, alliances, and channel partnerships globally
• Work closely with leadership, delivery, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives
• Build and manage high-performing sales and business development teams
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Own growth KPIs including revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition, and market penetration
