Consultant / Associate – Negotiation Consulting

We’re looking for a Consultant / Associate to join our Asia Commercial Team.

We’re looking for a Consultant / Associate to join our Asia Commercial Team.
What you’ll do
- Support and deliver negotiation consulting projects across APAC
- Contribute analysis, insights, and practical recommendations for clients
- Manage project workstreams, timelines, and deliverables
- Support (and over time help deliver) negotiation workshops
- Work closely with clients and senior consultants
- 2–5 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, or project-based roles
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Interest in negotiation, commercial decision-making, or strategy
- Specialise in a niche consulting discipline with real commercial impact
- Work with regional and global clients from Singapore
- Clear development pathway and hands-on learning
