Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
(Full JD will be provided for shortlisted candidates)
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through outreach, networking and referrals
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle. (Eg. lead generation, deal closure, maintain pipeline & client engagement etc)
- Build strong partnerships with clients to strengthen our mutual business growth
Sales & Consulting
- Lead consultative conversations to uncover client needs and design tailored solutions
- Prepare proposals and presentations with clear demonstrations of value propositions and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Achieve or exceed revenue, margin, and retention targets
Relationship Management
- Create client engagement opportunities and nurture long‑term client partnerships
- Strengthen strategic partner and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM data for effective pipeline and relationship management Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Translate insights into effective sales and go‑to‑market strategies
- Analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications, Experience & Qualities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales and business development
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients, growing client relationships and driving business growth
- Strategic, self‑motivated, and resilient, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities. Able to think critically, synthesize information, and connect performance gaps with transformative solutions
- Comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, evolving environment with accountability for financial and performance goals
- Passionate about people growth, leadership development, and organisational transformation
Work Arrangement
- 5-day work week
- Willing to travel around Singapore
- Remuneration commensurate with relevant experience & qualifications
