Role Purpose
Own the content strategy across all current and future platforms. Translate business goals into content plans, customer journeys, hooks, and CTAs. Ensure every piece of content serves a purpose — awareness, trust, engagement, or conversion.

Key Responsibilities• Design monthly content strategy across Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube & Shorts, LinkedIn, and future channels such as Google, wedding platforms, native ads, and NRI communities.
• Define platform-specific content themes, tone, hooks, and formats.
• Create customer journeys (Awareness → Interest → Trust → Inquiry/Visit).
• Define CTA logic suitable for each platform and audience segment.
• Build the monthly content calendar in alignment with business objectives.
• Brief the Production Head on concepts, storytelling direction, and messaging.
• Review creatives prior to publishing to ensure alignment and quality.
• Interpret performance insights and recommend improvements.
• Create simple SOPs so content strategy becomes repeatable and scalable.
KPIs• Timely delivery of monthly strategy and calendars.
• Content aligns with brand positioning and tone.
• Improved engagement quality (saves, shares, replies, watch time).
• Consistent and relevant CTAs implemented across content.
• Smooth coordination with production and publishing teams.
Experience & Skills• 7–15 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, or digital storytelling.
• Strong understanding of platform psychology across Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Pinterest.
• Knowledge of funnels, CTAs, and performance insights.
• Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands is preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning, and conceptual thinking abilities.
Working ModelPart-time role with weekly strategy check-ins and content reviews. Availability required during execution milestones for approvals and guidance.
